The Village of Oconomowoc Lake will be conducting a Village wide revaluation of all properties within the Village of Oconomowoc Lake.  2009 Wisconsin Act 68 requires the following notice be posted on the Village's web site.

Assessment Notice:  A revaluation of property assessment in the municipality shall occur for the 2010 assessment year.  The approximate dates of revaluation notices being sent to property owners is expected to be in the summer or early fall of 2010.  Please also notice that the Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Wisconsin Statutes 943.13 and 943.15.
